Honouring what and choosing how…
A Work That Reconnects workshop, for honouring our experiences in relation to the state of the world, and choosing how I want to live in this world.
This workshop has now passed. Please join my mailing list to hear about future workshops like this.
About the workshop
Intention: An inclusive, welcoming, safe, group space where we can honour our experiences in relation to the state of the world, and an invitation to explore how we choose to live and respond.
This workshop will likely involve some or all of these elements: meditation and stillness, deep listening, Work That Reconnects practises, space to share thoughts/feelings/experiences with a partner and in a larger group, personal reflection time/journaling/drawing, music and movement (the exact form of the workshop will emerge, moment by moment, shaped by the needs and the process of the group).
Everything is invitational: there is never any pressure to share, and we encourage you to go at your own pace, asking questions or speaking up when needed.
This workshop is suited both to people who are new to The Work That Reconnects or this kind of work, and people who have experienced it before. No previous experience necessary. There is no ‘right’ way to be, or ‘right’ experience to have. Please come as you are.
Everyone welcome!
All parts of you are welcome.
We ask that you agree to these group guidelines, to support us in holding a safe and welcoming group container together.
Please read them carefully.
Contact me using the form below if you have any questions or would like to discuss anything.
Aim to arrive a little early to help us begin on time. IMPORTANT NOTE: the forming of our group container together is an important aspect of holding a welcoming, inclusive, safe space - we may not let you join in late if this process is already underway.
Please intend to stay for the whole session to honour our group process together.
Keep what people share confidential, so we can all speak freely.
Be part of making this a non-hierarchical, inclusive, safe space.
